Evan 'Jonesy' Jones is a fictional character from Blue Heelers, the Australian police drama television series which depicted the lives of police officers in a small town in Victoria. Jones was introduced in 2001 and remained until the show ended in 2006. He was portrayed by Ditch Davey. 'Jonesy' was introduced into the show as a Probationary Constable who had joined the Police force in his late twenties in order to avenge the death of Sam Bridges, his biological father. Soon after joining the Mt. Thomas Station he became a prime suspect when Les Anderson, his biological father's former business partner and suspected killer was assaulted and left for dead,〔http://www.tv.com/shows/blue-heelers/best-eaten-cold-70560/〕 although he was later cleared of suspicion. He was known to come from a strong Policing family having his half brother, Senior Detective Dylan Jones and adoptive father Commander Reg Jones also in the Police force. His mother was assumed to be deceased although her death is not mentioned. Jones was a rebellious headstrong character who was often criticised for his non-team oriented ways and 'Cowboy' nature. He also constantly found himself in trouble with senior officers from the moment he arrived in town, including Senior Sergeant Tom Croydon, who strongly disapproved of Jones' motives for joining in the first place and went on to continually question his choice of staying in the job, while Jonesy and Senior Constable and later Sergeant Ben Stewart continually butted heads and never saw eye to eye with each other. Later on in the series he was promoted to Senior Constable and after Senior Detective P.J. Hasham departure he partners up with Detective Senior Constable Amy Fox and goes on to join her by becoming a Detective Senior Constable by the end of Season 12.〔http://www.tv.com/shows/blue-heelers/lost-1-559454/〕 Jonesy's chaotic love life was a constant turmoil for the character throughout the series. Earlier on in the series he had an emotional and ambiguous relationship with his Sergeant Tess Gallagher. Tess, overwhelmed by her colleague's affection sought safety in an ultimately doomed marriage with rogue doctor Josh Carmichael and although the marriage ended, her subsequent pregnancy with Josh’s child led to complications which forced her to leave Mt. Thomas, leading to an emotional goodbye to Jones.〔http://www.tv.com/shows/blue-heelers/motherhood-272098/〕 Senior Constable Susie Raynor's relationship with Jonesy provided more promise and even culminated in a marriage proposal.〔http://www.tv.com/shows/blue-heelers/dangerous-animals-415454/〕 However his initial hesitation in asking her out lead her to have two presumptuous, fleeting relationships with members, Sergeant Ben Stewart and Senior Constable Alex Kirby , the latter with Jonesy’s best mate Kirby cause her and Jonesy’s eventual relationship and short lived engagement to end. The pair do manage to reform part of their once close friendship with each other in the final episode of the series. He is the 8th longest character behind Tom, Chris, P.J., Maggie, Ben, Nick and Jo. ==References== 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Evan 'Jonesy' Jones」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
